We understand that things happen and you may need to reschedule an appointment. We ask for 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel whenever possible. Rescheduling within 48 hours may require a deposit of half of your service costs. Cancelling within 48 hours will result in a $50 cancellation fee.
A waiver is required for new clients to go over any potential contraindications, allergies and aftercare. It is your responsibility to update your waxer if you change medications or skincare that could potentially affect your results. If you're unsure, it's best to check.
